Here’s Governor Chris Christie enjoying the Jersey Shore from a private beach. All public beaches are closed in New Jersey along with all government functions due to lack of a budget.
The historically unpopular governor (15%) was questioned about the ‘poor optics’ of Christie’s sole possession of New Jersey’s beaches. “The governor has a residence at Island Beach. Others don’t,” Christie said. “Run for governor and you can have the residence.”
It sounds like the governor of New Jersey just told his constituents to go pound sand. Christie cares nothing about voters. Is this democracy? The same democracy that elected the popular vote loser Donald John trump.
