My least favorite of the holidays, big badabooms pumping up my tinnitus, scaring the animals, and fouling the air.

I know it’s supposed to be triumphant but it reminds me unpleasantly of the battle of Song Mao, where Chinese and Russian rockets and mortar bombs tried to turn my precious body into scattered and far flung, hairy strawberry jam. With no glory or victory or triumph.

Such meat gobbets and blasts of the red red kroovy no longer happen in war judging by drone videos from YouTube of Russian orcs being gloriously dissambled and blown up real good.

Instead of gore we just see pixels where the Russian rapist war criminal used to be. War is lots less horrifying these days according to Google/YouTube.

So that’s neat, blood, guts, bone and brain tissue tend to stain. Good that only pixilation happens these days instead of blood, that might lower the click count.

That’s one reason I hate Russia and China to this day and beyond, 50+ years on, irrational or not. Yet I love the Vietnamese, our proported enemy.

I hate all who support the Russian and Chinese despots as well, such as the imPOTUS and the Grifting Old Party.

Have a happy glorious 4th. I plan to smoke reefer, play loud bass guitar, and stay upwind and far from the other loud fun. Then tomorrow I’ll sweep out the trash from the street left by the noisy patriots.
