This bike started it for me. I built it with a flip-flop hub but never used the freewheel side. Heavy frame but a smooth ride. Note the cheapskate use of drop-bar brake levers crudely bent for clearance on the tall BMX bars, the scrounged parts, the mismatched levers and electrical tape on the FGG link.

I gave this bike to my son and I think he still runs it as a singlespeed commuter bike with chop&flop bars. Total cost was $320USD (¥317379JPY) As Published On Fixed Gear Gallery
